Beaches Boardwalk Cafe

We were there recently and were pleasantly surprised with the food and service. We were seated promptly; shout to Jason for the good service. We ordered the veggie burger and the big kahuna. We left satisfied and found it to be a good place to eat. The hot sauce had a kick to it, which we enjoyed. Thanks to servers and chefs!

The although I was flying out from concourse A, from the reviews I read of the food offerings at RSW, this was the highest rated. I ordered the mahi-mahi and much to my surprise it was really, really good and not in the airport food sense either. I would have been really happy to be served this at a stand-alone store in town. What I do not agree with though which was the reason I took off one star for this place is that you go in, get seated, scan a QR code to order and pay yet there is a need to tip?? I find that absolutely ludicrous given the only interaction I had with the server was when he gave me water and delivered my plate to me yet that warrants a minimum of 18% tip (granted you can custom tip but 18% was the first option from memory). It is really pricey but I’m just relieved the food was at least good.

Typical airport style restaurant. The chicken strips and fry meal was actually a substantial amount of food. I couldn't have eaten any more afterwards. Which is awesome. Wasn't a huge fan of their sauces or prices, but it is what it is. Service was good and fast. This is my second time eating here. This recent experience was better than our experience during COVID scamdemic, so hopefully it continues to improve!
