The Firestone Grill Room, Martini Bar & Skybar

Just relocated tot he SW Florida area and this place was highly recommended. We went with a party of 6 people for dinner. Nice place, nice decor. Was surprised by the fancy menu entrees. Lots of seafood options. I had the grouper sandwich and my father had the grouper dinner. Grouper was very fresh and well prepared. Highly recommend. I really like the tire conveyer belt theme in the restaurant. Everyone in our dinner party loved their meals. Next time we go, we will try to eat outside or on the rooftop. Definity coming back.

One of my friends suggested this place to eat and hang out. Great place and the best spot! We were seated on the 2nd floor, which was a little private area. The atmosphere was cool and chill. The drinks were spot-on! My favorite was the crème brûlée cocktail. Calamari was crispy and tasty!! Entrees, we're all fantastic! well seasoned and have good portions. Everybody at our table loved every dish. Prices are affordable. The only thing that I didn't like was that we felt a little bit neglected by our server because she doesn't really check up on us, and service was a bit slow, but other than that, she still gave us good service. One of the gems in town!

The food here was amazing! Everyone in our group of 4 said it was the best meal they ever had. Outstanding quality and flavors! Nothing was average. The mashed potatoes were even infused with rosemary. Service was impeccable. The waitress waited at our table while each of us cut into our meat to make sure it was done to our liking. I’ve never seen such attentiveness. Several different people stopping by to clear plates and check if we needed anything. Very professional. Atmosphere was great too. The restaurant was full but did not seem overcrowded. Will definitely be back again, and next time I will take some photos to share. Thank you Firestone.

Great place to celebrate or just to have a nice dinner! You have choices. Stay on the ground floor and check out all the action in the kitchen and outside, want a quiet dinner you can be accommodated on the second floor, want a party they’ve got it covered. Amazing atmosphere on the rooftop with music and bar! Great food, portions are big. Buttered fish and burgers were amazing! We went with crème brûlée for dessert and were not disappointed! Our server Jordan was very attentive and constantly checked on us even though it was very busy. All around had a great time! Thank you and we will definitely go back!!!
