Delicious! We got empanadas and a Cuban, had to immediately get more for the road as soon as we finished. Coffee is Delicious and the owners are very nice and friendly. Has a quaint little outdoor seating area as well. I ate the food too fast to take pictures. Wonderfully priced as well.

I had the absolute BEST Cuban sandwich here the other day. And believe me, I've eaten quite a few in my lifetime. They also feature several other kinds of sandwiches and Cuban pastries. The coffee here is excellent! It's a small place with a few tables inside and about five tables outside. It's located in a somewhat discreet location behind the Morgan and Morgan building at the SE corner of Summerlin and College. You can park on the ground floor of the parking garage, then it's a very short walk to this awesome eatery. Try Cuba Coffee 2 sometime. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I popped in and had two lattes, a beef empanada, and a cheese and guava pastry all for $11. Not only affordable but absolutely YUM. The coffee was really excellent and made well. The pastry was flaky and delicious. And the cheese and guava filling—well that’s what dreams are made of! I look forward to returning.
