Considering this is fast food. You really can’t ask for much more. Food is usually pretty fresh. For the price point you really can’t beat it. The atmosphere is definitely basic. I sometimes prefer this location. It’s not as busy as the one in Cape Coral. The service is alright. They ran out curry mustard. 😔

I have to say, i’ve been to many Pollo locations throughout Florida but this one has to be the best. The customer service was excellent, my cashier Cameron was professional, and more than helpful. He helped me every step of the way through my order, and even when I made a mistake he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. The food and customer service was comparable to a 5 star restaurant. Food was fresh and delicious. Clean and organized seating area. If you are down in Florida for vacation, or just a resident I can’t recommend this place more. I’ll definitely be at this location more often.

First time there, we Had the duo platter and trio platter. All meat and chicken had a great seasoning and flavor. The beef on the trio platter was the best so tender and flavorful, pork on the duo was very good also. Will definitely go back to try the Tropichop bowls.
