Empire Buffet

The price vs the content is fair. I don't upload photos for buffets because it changes depending on time of day. I will say, you can mix the foods and make your own dish. Something that I believe people forget about. It's not about any singular dish but what you can create from it. In my opinion the chicken dishes tend to be chewy....but you can do a lot with it if you combine it with the other dishes. It would have 5 stars if they didn't overcook the meats so much. If your reading this...don't forget that you have a plethora of things already prepped and made that you can combine with the other foods to make your own meal. That's the beauty of a buffet. Outside of the chicken I generally enjoy the freshness vs other buffets in the local area.

For as much as I paid to eat there I could have should have would have been nice to have a decent plate to eat out of I have Parkinson's so it was kind of hard to hold the plate also while I was sitting there eating if you see the bowl with the brown stuff in it that was the sauce for the dumplings well while I was sitting there eating the waitress walked up and she put a spoon in my bowl where my food was it was very confusing I did not understand why I didn't need a spoon I didn't ask for one but she just brought it up and put it in the bow I don't know where she got the spoon from she could have got it off the floor as far as I knew but I thought it was very rude and I would not return and I would not recommend this place for anyone to go eat the floors were nasty I didn't even dare to ask for a bathroom if the floors are that bad and the service is that bad I can just imagine between the service not wanting a spoon in my food nasty floors and the food on the buffet being cold I'm pretty real positive I will never return to this place and I would not recommend anyone else showing up there neither

The food was very bland. I don’t know if they have new management or not but it does not taste the same like it used to a few years ago when it was actually a good place to dine in. I asked to be seated in a certain section and the guy told me that it was closed and literally five minutes later he seats guests there. There were little floaty’s in my drink twice. And as I was leaving the establishment and signed for my bill I always mark zero and the tip Location and leave cash on the table or hand it to the waiter. However this particular waiter decides to say oh no tip huh? And then proceeds to speak in another language to the guy at the front counter. I politely pulled out my pocketbook and Tipped her in cash as I always do. Moral of the story customer service is definitely not what are used to be. Nowadays establishments feel like we owe them a service and not the other way around. I definitely pray that things get better within the food and service industry. However they have to be willing to do their part as well.
