Went today, the man at the window was constantly touching his mask by his nose and Pulling it up, looked very worn. Panera provide clean masks or drop this policy as I personally don't like people touching my food and their mask with the same gloves. The store can reply but it won't change anything. 😒

The ⭐️ are for the service. My rapid lane experience appeared slower then normal. I poured the last of the hazelnut coffee. My order included a cinnamon bagel and smear which took about 10mins to receive. Not so rapid-but, I will still continue to visit Panera for the same order. I hope this review helps you out. That’s how good it is.

First time at this Panera Bread location. Went through the drive through and thankfully the line moved quickly. Tried the Baja Bowl with chicken. Very tasty and filling. Will definitely try the other warm bowls.

I’ve done 3 online orders and for some reason my orders never make it to the pick up area or there was a problem with my food. Today my order was sitting up on the counter with no name tag or receipt. I wouldn’t have even considered this review but the last 3 times I ordered food there was an issue.

Thank you. Our food was hot and the cold cold. Driver was great. Delivery time was accurate. I'll have to order from here again. Thank you

Terrible service, no one at the register. No one even came up front to check on customers. Apparently you need to place the order on tablet. The interface of the tablet wasn't intuitive and then the system prompted for a tip.

I'm not a huge Panera fan in general, but there are some items that are great! The service at this location has always been exceptional, as well.
