The barista Richard is doing a great job! He engages with customers and is attentive to what is going on in the location. The drink he made me was perfect- exactly as it’s supposed to be made.

I pretty much go here every day at this point in my life and I honestly wouldnt be surprised if they knew my voice by now. Always SUPER friendly and always get my drinks right. What more could ya want? :-)

Filled 6 orders while after ours was placed when finally put up to serve they had been setting behind counter getting cold. Took 15 more minutes to still have them

When I came to this location, I was happily surprised with the quaint style of the store. While a small looking store on the outside, the inside is very spacious and homey at the same time. While seating is not available inside, it was easily labeled where to stand when ordering and while waiting. I was greeted by a partner named Alexander who was extremely cheery and we struck up conversation while I ordered. I was thoroughly impressed by this reserve store, as they have many options that most Starbucks locations do not have. Unfortunately I am traveling, so I may never see this location again, but if I ever find myself in Baxter Village again, I will be sure to stop by!
