The staff is always friendly & they don't make you wait long at the counter, no matter how busy it is. The food is hot & good. What do you want for atmosphere offa US-1 & in Dania Beach??? LOL
This place was very clean and more modern than most other Dunkin Donuts because they had the self order machines however I still needed human assistance in which the staff was so friendly and helpful. It was so clean in there as well!

Really busy - not easy to park but good service and awesome employees. Helped me use my app coupon for free iced tea... Grandson loves him some bagel bites too.
Been here a few times. Only issue I have had is when they first open, as they do not have enough staff. That usually delays being able to get anything in a hurry. If you go a little after they open up, they are fast and efficient.

Elijah is always so patient with me and that silly app you have. He needs a raise and a promotion, just so welcoming and good with guests. Kristy even chimed in today to help me figure out yet another obstacle on the app. I love it, live the deals but Dunkin, I have a few issues. Most importantly, there is no place to add a tip, hands down... needs to be added. Honey, real honey, not honey syrup, please, is not an option. I used to like your food, and I do not like to leave a bad review, but I haven't had a good meal at Dunkin in years, sorry. But, on the plus side, I do not drink coffee, don't like it, never have, but when I have a craving, I only want Dunkin coffee. Oh, and please add wood stirrers, not plastic. Thanks
Staff is very nice and they do keep the lines moving quickly. My coffee is always on point and my food orders filled as requested. Definitely a good business for the location, only draw back is no drive thru.
This Dunkin is the best in the area. They always seem to have flavors and items that others are waiting for a shipment for, and my mobile order is always ready when I get there!
I like the remodel, now you can plainly see the pastries in the case instead of having to duck and weave others in line to see if they have your favorite 😆.
The hours are very generous, it is a blessing and a curse that they are open so long- enough for me to stop before AND after work on a 16 hour day!
When I went on a Tuesday morning it was very busy. Long lines. No free tables.
I had a bad experience maybe a year ago or so here and I have returned twice since but this time I took the time to write a review. The ladies running the how now are a huge improvement compared to what was going here when they were newer and had all attitude. I was greeted with a Good Morning and she had a client pleasant post. I did wait a little long for my order, but the lady in front of me ordered the whole store, so she backed up the line for everyday. I’ll be back!
