Paid for my mobile order driving down 95 not realizing all the school kids were there. Really thought about just leaving it and going. At most McDonald’s the staff isn’t so pleasant with a restaurant full of jr high/high school kids as well. However, the gentleman managing made it fun for everyone and God he was running a tight ship! This guy (manager w/long dreads) you need to take care of him and make sure he never leaves. Rare to find someone who runs a tight ship and makes it fun for both staff and customers. Thank you for the ice cream cone and some of the best service ever!!!
The service has DEFINITELY improved at this location in the last 4 months…. The service does not even match with the regular service experience you get at any Macdonald!…..They are just doing a TERRIFIC work!

If you're looking for decent customer service this is not the place!! A customer asked for a napkin, the young man said "I'm off the clock man, as he continued to talk away" . The napkins were literally right behind him behind the counter. Sure I visited during a lunch rush, but a 16 minute large fry and quarter pounder is beyond ridiculous. And then there was a customer at the counter threatening to f up the whole restaurant all over a copy of his receipt... I felt like I was in the Twilight zone, I'll go back to McDonald's, but not the one on E sunrise in ft. Lauderdale .fl
3am crew is Amazing!!! Fast service food fresh band effortless this store shows when you have a team things go easier for everyone and it works better!! Way to go guys hang in there this is a Great Company!!!!

Very nice breakfast experience. Friendly staff in the morning. Quanda greeted us with a smile. She's super sweet and nice. She is an exceptional employee and makes the morning start positive .
