I’ve been going to this checkers for a while now and the service from my experience was good! I came around 2am on sept. 29 and I ordered a slightly big order for me and my friends! The bot at the speaker didn’t allow me to add on more because my friends added stuff at the last minute, but a woman came on the speaker and heard us trying to add on so she kindly did. We got through the line quick , and when I say everything was freshhh and hot when we got to the window ! I don’t know what manager worked lastnight , but they need to keep her ! She is so nice and professional! Other nights I came here the line always take 20 mins but tonight whew its like everyone there was working hard ! Also the man at the window, greeted us in a polite manner ! Thank you

I don't think I've ever used this location but the food was excellent. Service was acceptable, though not stellar. It's kind of mind blowing that a burger meal is more than $13. It says $10.39 on the menu but Checkers always overcharges their advertised prices.

To rate a fast food Franchise like Checkers one must compare it to the standard of the chain. The Checkers off Broward Blvd in Ft. Lauderdale hit all the marks with friendly and fast service. I had my typical bacon cheeseburger with the seasoned fries and a large Diet Coke. The meat is typically salty if you like this type of burger and the fries have a rough crispy texture. The fries if done right will pop in your mouth. They have a double drive thru and no inside seating area. It is great drive and go choice when time is short. They do have a walk up window and it is great for the locals. I personally do not recommend it unless you are a local to the neighborhood. Great value and good eats, give it a try.

Decent food, price is a bit too much. 2 meals, one large and the other with a shake is $26+. The staff are pretty amazing considering the job and the block. You can see right in the order window for walk up and the floor is CLEAN! Way to stand out 27th & Broward Checkers!

After a not so good experience at a different Checkers I haven't been to any since. I decided to try this one after a suggestion.. glad I did.. the good tasted much better the service was good as well. I've been back twice in one week both times I was satisfied with the food and service.. the fountain drinks are not good but that's ok the milkshakes are.. so when I'm in the mood for checkers this is my location

Food was super fresh! This is a very busy Checkers. Be prepared to wait on line, but my fosh sandwich was actually crispy on the outside & tender on the inside. Their fries are very tasty, & our 2 person order was all correct. They were out of a number of soda flavors, though. Good service. Will stop here again!

I'm happy to see a quick response to my issue last night, it's no my intention to damage the image of a growing business, hopefully you'll solve any internal discrepancy between your employees, remember, client is first. Thanks for attending professionally this complain. I feel you'll work on it. I'll give you my 5 stars for that.

Very friendly service both the human and the AI! The system uses a good AI to take your order, which works very well and I had some fun checking it's grasp of grammar and double negatives, which it handled perfectly. I asked about the chicken sandwiches and I asked "there's no bacon on that, right?" which responded "Yes". If I asked "is there bacon on that?", it says no. Unfortunately, the shake and smoothie machine was broken so I couldn't get a strawberry shake or a mango smoothie. The AI did not know the machine was down. And the person working there didn't have an easy way to inform the AI. The lady referred to the AI "I don't know why she keeps selling those!" which I thought was pretty cute. She works with this "female" voiced AI every day so it seems like a coworker. Interesting to see we are already living in a world where humans and AI work together. But the lady was super friendly and real, and I was glad to see a human take care of the order with such a great personality. The AI has a long way to go (no personality) but it is still very functional and takes away a lot of the repetitive interactions of taking the order and getting the details correct. The food was hot, crispy and delicious. Hopefully they can spend a little more research to invest in improving the reliability of the smoothie machine. If they can invent a robot to keep the machine clean and running well then they will be unstoppable. Looking forward to a future where the smoothies and shakes are always available. You'd think they would make them more reliable. But I'm sure they are working on it.
