What a diamond in the rough. This cafe is a couple of blocks from where we live and I've been meaning to go and check it out. Now that I have, I can't believe I haven't gone sooner. The owner and chef came out and talked to us to explain how the place works and today's menu. He is very nice and friendly and as it turns out an exceptional chef. The menu is small by design and changes every day. The food we had was fresh and delicious. You've got to find this place and go. It won't be easy because they're only open from 11:30 to 2:00 something. Work it into your schedule, it's worth it.
Met the owner. Amazing person and unique approach to lunch! Menu changes often and open to personal requests (as long as made a day or two in advance) I ordered the ribs and out comes a little cup of potato soup that was fantastic! Wasn’t expecting that. It’s just as tasty as it looks!
Food was OUTSTANDING. Loved the Cafe experience. Owner chef great guy. Great food. Sister is waitress so it's a family affair. Maybe that's why this service was excellent to match the food. The menu changes daily although I was advised that if I called a day or two ahead they would perhaps make what I would want to eat. I also love the fact I could bring my own wine to enjoy with my meal.
I had them cater a party for me before covid and they did a super job. Hopefully Coleman will allow us to have our wedding and I definitely will have them through the catering. Great little out of the way place like nothing I have been able to find it for Lauderdale.

If you go there you will go back, take a friend... Chef owner, great service in a small quaint spot off the beaten path in an easy to find little spot..
Food is well portioned, lunch only, the most tasty and creative lunch you will have... Different menu each weekday.. Very near Andrews ave and Davie Blvd.. Give it a try and you will love it.. Peace, Paul
Off the beaten path and great food. Open one Saturday a month and lunch during the week. Extremely accommodating owner/chef/caterer with a long list of repeat catering customers.
