Took my sister here due to she has never have been to one. She ordered the Caribbean jerk chicken and she loved it. She had the watermelon mojito smoothie, looooved it. Will be coming back again she said!!!
I visited while on vacation and made repeat visits while here due to the consistently great quality of the food and quick and warm service. At first I was discouraged by the negative reviews, however this place deserves a second look! Clean environment and happy customers every time I'm here. Enjoy a quick convo with the staff and one of their awesome smoothies.
Smoothies were fine. There was nobody visibly in the store when we walked in. As I approached the counter I was greeted and my order was taken promptly. The service and speed was great. The issue was being on a time crunch this morning, I was grateful nobody was in there and figured it would be a fast experience. While waiting for my order 4 smoothies were made for an unknown person. On a time crunch with no one in the store, this was a nuisance.
The smoothie and sandwich combo is one of the best deals around and the food is delicious. Clean environment, friendly staff.
This is a busy location at lunch time. The food are prepared as customer requested and the smoothies too. I love when my food is made with my special request.
Tropical smoothie Cafe is always delicious, but unfortunately this location notoriously under blends the ice and it's always super crunchy. I once ordered 5 kiwi quenchers and they all had about 2 inches at the top that was empty space. I feel like at almost 7 bucks a smoothie, I need it filled up to the top and blended thoroughly. They're always very friendly here. I appreciate that!
I ate at this location for the first time today. I ordered the Thai Chicken wrap. The Thai peanut sauce on it was a little zesty, and perfectly complemented the warm chicken and soft tortilla. The wrap was very filling, and I did not need to order any sides. I know they are known for their smoothies, but the food is pretty good as well. I intend on coming here again.
Have been there a couple of times and the food is great, very healthy and affordable. This most recent visit was the best thus far. It was lunch time, so there were a lot of people in the store, and even though they were busy the manager was so helpful and really attentive to my order. Definitely added to the overall experience!
Their smoothies are the best, always use real fruits and vegetables unlike alot of places that use powders and juices, will be back soon!
BEST SMOOTHIES AND SALADS! As a vegan there are plenty of great and healthy options! (Even have fake meat! yum!) I went during lunch time and even while I was waiting in line to pick up my food I was asked twice by staff if I needed help or if I already placed my order. Love that kind of service. The manager was super sweet and the young man taking my order was equally as kind!
