We came in at 10pm and were surprised with the at home atmosphere and service, warm and welcoming! Ordered the miso soup, a couple of rolls the spicy salmon tempura and basil salmon, both tasted fresh and delicious. High quality and great prices! Would definitely return and recommend to all my local friends. 💟

My compliments to the chef and restaurant owner for creating authentic Japanese cuisine with decent sized portions and keeping the price point reasonable. The dishes have those little creative flourishes that let you know you're eating real Japanese food instead of an imitation. The sashimi was very fresh, as it needs to be when you are eating raw fish and shellfish. The udon noodles were perfectly cooked and they give you quite a bit. Overall I highly recommend this place. The restaurant is quite tiny and easy to miss, but the food is exceptional. Much better than most of the Japanese restaurants in South Florida.

Fantastic spot! This is easily the best sushi I've had in South Florida. The uni from Hokkaido is superb, I had to order it again after the first course. The waiter was attentive, polite, and prompt. I will be coming back for more. If you love sushi and live in south Florida, Masamune is a must try.
