One of our local faves. We come for the food - their homemade potato knishes and noodle kugel (usually to go), great pastrami, and the best smoked Sable plate. Then we stay a few extra minutes for the entertainment. That would be Andrew. He must have been on vaudeville in his previous life and keeps us entertained while he preps the orders.

Great service, very friendly and the best pastrami sandwich I’ve ever had, I had the smaller one and it was huge! A must try place I would go all the time but I live in Chicago, next time I’m in tow I will be back for sure.

Been coming to this place for a long time now. Family owned and operated since 1969. The pastrami on rye with a little mustard is next level. Bagels are to die for with the chive cream cheese. For breakfast we love the Nova lox on an everything bagel, tomato, onion w/ home fries is the best. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. All around amazing spot and great people. Beach right down the street what more can you ask for. Love you Pomperdales, can’t wait to be back in Florida.
Born and raised in Florida and have never been to New York. This place makes me want to! Awesome service with smiles, hella packed but sandwiches came out so fast.

Absolutely Amazing! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The portions are very large, so bring your appetite or someone to share with. We had the turkey club, Brooklyn Brawler, grilled cheese, and chef salad. The salad could easily feed 4 people.

I live on the west coast and they do not have a decent bagel place here. I was thrilled to find a place on the East Coast that had the best bagels! It's named certainly fills the bill, New York bagels it is. Great staff friendly clientele. Good vibes felt like home!
Proper New York Deli. The New Yorker sandwich is fantastic. Perfect portions and wonderful meat.
The skillet is fantastic, but could easily feed 2 people instead of 1.
If you are craving an east coast deli experience, this will scratch that itch.

Strongly recommend picking up the nova sandwich on an everything bagel with chive cream cheese, extra capers in a little bit of red onion with a side of home fries and of course a black and white cookie.
New York deli in Ft.lauderdale. Had the 2 eggs breakfast with French toast. My husband had the Rueben with a potato latkas. All good, the sandwich was huge with plenty of meat.
A good friend of mine and her hubby were not feeling well. I knew what would hit the spot and got them chicken and matzoh ball soup and some sandwiches. Quick service even while full!
