I've been meaning to do this review from a few weeks ago, thankfully Google reminded me.
Eve on the Water, thank you for having me. I was in the state visiting from Jamaica and happened to have had also spent my birthday and was looking for a nice and affordable spot and I instantly fell in love from just the photos. When I got there and saw the settings, the welcoming and lovely staff, I knew I did right choosing them. The food! Hallelujah! Was top tier! Could be a bit more but! It was great, prices were pretty decent and to top it off my waiter for the evening Carlos made certain I got my cakes and the staff sang for me! I'm definitely visiting again once I'm in the area! Lucien, Henry the kitchen staff, receptionist bartender! Love you all and thank you.
Beautiful location for a date night. Went on a Saturday evening around 6 for a double date. Not busy & we were seated quickly. We got the Pineapple fried rice, Lamb Chops, Korean Ribs, the Truffle Mac & Risotto. The truffle Mac was just ok, but everything else was great. Will definitely go back for their Risotto & Ribs.
I can’t put into words how incredible the food and service is. Every item on the menu makes your mouth water. To top it off, the husband and wife duo, executive chef (John) & head bartender (Vandana) couldn’t be nicer.
We messaged OVER 40 restaurants in the Ft Lauderdale area to host our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks, and Eve On the Water was the only location that was willing to be flexible and accommodating. I would recommend them time and time again. Plus, it is now our go-to restaurant in Ft Lauderdale.
Okay first off I want to say this place is such a lowkey place & I absolutely love😍a hidden gem. Me and my friend came here today and the service, the food, the ambience was amazing. Can’t forget to mention our server olivia🔥🔥🔥 she was amazing, so sweet & very knowledgeable. She gave us great recommendations and guided us the entire time. Lol if it wasn’t for self control by the end of the night me and my friend probably would’ve tried every drink from the cocktail menu. If you come ask for Olivia she is amazing. Definitely top notch service. We had a great time overall🥰
Beautiful location with great indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff and great drinks! The food is good though a bit overpriced. I would definitely come back for cocktails again.
First time and will not be the last. Tried several dishes to try and none disappointed. They were delicious and the right portions. I definitely recommend several visits. Alas, the service was very attentive as well and why I gave them 5 stars.
Great drinks and amazing customer service.
Our waitress made some great suggestions and everything that came out tasted amazing. I had a little issue with the rocket shrimp - it was a bit soggy.
Everything else was season and cooked perfectly. The drinks were also strong.
Overall great experience.
Amazing food! The watermelon salad is large enough to share and it’s epic good. I’d also highly recommend the creamy chicken with the risotto. You won’t go wrong here.
The staff are very friendly and location is right on a little canal. Food is pretty good too. It’s a nice casual place to eat. Would go there again!
One of those places again that's five stars is not enough. Truly exquisite above and beyond service, thank you Jackie and thank you Michael . compliments to the chef that every single item that we ordered had an extra umami flavor. Definitely coming back.
