Dunkin'

Dunkin donuts is changing just like all places are...becoming cheap cheap cheap cheap on their portion of food and drinks! Asked for no ice in my ice coffee... they only gave me less than 3/4 of coffee. I asked why? She told me it was policy that when one asked for no ice they only get so much!?!? Excuse me but you're telling me DD cheats people out of what they are paying for? So in other words the ice takes up the majority of the cup with little coffee...expensive ice don't you think? Then she acted annoyed I ask for a senior discount!!! DD isn't what it was 5 year's ago!! AND every place is different, some give senior discount and some don't!! I don't want ice because I know how disgusting ice from restaurants/fast food places is... UGH...if you only knew!!! DD you lost a customer from here out!!!

Was walking into the store when this little old lady had fallen and hit her face on the ground well everyone behind the counter just sat and watched I helped her up and walked her to the counter no one asked if she was ok just went on about there business as she sat there felt so bad for her and was completely amazed that a manager or someone couldn't come check on her wellbeing and I know the manager seen her fall
