The staff is great, but this Dunkin' is unable to handle orders in a timely manner. They may be understaffed. My last drive through experience lasted 25+ minutes. I was close to leaving, and I saw many drive through vehicles leave. It will possibly be my last order here.

Okay so from an original negative review to a positive review. 4 star for being so efficient during heavy traffic hours. Wouldve been 5 if they helped me when I walked in to the counter instead of only servicing drive thru. BUT I do give them credit for pumping out peoples orders.

Stopped and grabbed an Americano Hot coffee through the drive through and it was stone cold. Did not have the time to go back and fix. Very disappointing

This is twice now we have went to Dunkin’ in Evans mills that they messed up our coffee orders. I ordered a toasted almond cappuccino and they gave me someone else’s pumpkin swirl coffee,we went back and they made us a new one to only give me a half full cup and it was coffee again not a cappuccino. Terrible service.

It was such a busy morning for this Duncan location, but the staff was doing their best to provide good customer service, all while getting orders finished in a timely manner.
Keep doing what you do guys. You make the soldier's mornings better here.
