We used to get great service from this location. But with so little added as "toppings" and a ridiculous service charge now over $5, not including tips, it's no longer worth our business. I know food costs are higher, but the topping thing is especially unacceptable.

I ordered a pizza that on arrival had clearly been dropped and looked terrible. Management was super understanding and got a new pizza out to me right away free of charge. I greatly appreciate the customer support.

I would have to say the worst customer experience I've had at any restaurant. Not only does the store staff not care but corporate support doesn't seem to want to hear from you! They make you talk to a text bot and they email you. There is no way to voice issues with the store allowing the team to do whatever the hell they want, with no repercussion. I would rather eat the horable food at McDonald's than come back to a location that does not want my business.

Place is dope. Nice and open dining area and an awesome crew manning the helm. Laidback and welcoming vibes. Best dominoes I’ve been too for sure, thought I got teleported back to the 90s before cellphones became a thing.

Me and my family ordered from smd swear the pizza was raw.. I mean when your paying 80 dollars for 3 pizzas and wings you expect to get the best of pizza and the right wings not rude manager basically calling you a liar

Your order is the "quality check" phase. Aka waiting for a driver while it sits there getting old. Ask for extra cheese on anything but a deep dish and receive less than normal. Almost always made in a rush and terrible quality.

This place used to be my go-to and I always tipped big. The last two orders have been late. This time, however, they took my order and credit card "but the order never went through". I found out over an hour later WHEN I CALLED AGAIN. The manager told the employees to tell me they are too busy to answer the phone. They will never see another penny from me.
