Exactly what I want from a sub. Got the turkey bacon ranch and it was delicious. So delicious in fact that I’m going to come back tomorrow and try a different one.
Careful ordering the large, they are massive.

Used to love this place. But recent experience gives you 2 stars. Ordered online with a 20 minute pickup time. Arrived early. Watched others come in, order, and receive their order before me. At the pickup time I had not received my order so I went to ask about it. They acknowledged they had it and it took another 10 minutes to get it out. Meanwhile other orders of those who came in and ordered were completed while I still waited. Not sure how you organize the online orders but it doesn’t work.

First time trying their sandwiches. Had read where they had the best tuna salad sub. So I tried itt and it was okay. It did not live up to the hype it was given. Fast and friendly service but I thought they were priced on the high side. Without some kind of special offers, I probably would not return

Best location I've been to, never had an order wrong, always tasted great. Staff always kind even in a rush. I've had issues with a few locations in the past but never this one even once. If you're in Fort Collins and want firehouse, go to this one.

Firehouse subs is sub sandwich counter-order sub shop with a firehouse motif. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. They feature a Coke Freestyle drink machine. They serve a variety of sandwiches and soups. They have gluten-free bread for an additional charge. I noticed they have kids meal combos with basic sandwich options. The front entrance is a single door and level (+ curb)with the parking area, they do not have a door opener for those with limited mobility. I ordered the turkey sandwich, which was of good quality and freshness. I found the portion size to be satisfactory for the price. The floors and dining area weren’t quite as clean as I would expect, but not a huge deal. The staff was friendly. Please “like” this review if it helped you in any way.

If you choose this location BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SUB BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY, (EVEN AFTER THEY REMAKE IT)!!! This was originally a steak and cheese with no onions, add banana peppers and bacon. The original had no banana peppers, tons of onions, and 2 strips of bacon. Remake had 5 banana peppers and no bacon (luckily it was checked before driving home this time). The final product was a soggy piece of bread, very little cheese, and 1 piece of bacon. 3rd times a charm I guess.... You would think I would have learned from the other 7 times my order has been wrong here but I'm a glutton for punishment I guess 😅. If you go here, go only at night (they seem to be in a better state of mind), every time I go here around lunch (even if there is only 1 other customer in the building like today) my order comes incorrect. Usually I wouldn't go out of my way to review a fast food restaurant but 3 times man.... No excuse for this.

Normally I have a good experience but this time was not good. There were 4 people working and no one acknowledged me while I stood there waiting to order. I worked retail for 20 years...if you are busy or new...at least acknowledge that someone is there at minimum. One person was on the phone ...the rest randomly walked around. The person who rung me up came from the back.... Poor service. Waited for a few minutes before being helped Disappointing.

The toasted sub was amazing. First time there. But super expensive almost $30 for a big sandwich and a medium sandwich meal
