Ordering from the app for fast pickup is pointless. I've done this three times, and the last time I even gave it an extra 15 minutes to be safe. I walked in and my sandwich still wasn't made. The person behind the counter even took the walk ins that came in AFTER me before making my sandwich. I don't know if anyone knows this, but you're supposed to do these things in order. Pro tip. Apologizing and thanking me for being patient is dumb if you're blatantly going to waste my time right in front of me. I don't blame the employees, I blame management. The management at this subway location is absolutely trash. 💯

There was someone's glove in my sandwich I called and the guy I spoke with confirmed it was from a glove it couldn't be from anything else. I couldn't hear him because of the connection but there was no solution to the problem 🤢

Best sandwiches ever! Their chicken bacon ranch was chewy and creamy, tuna was awesome, and spicy Italian was really good. The store was clean and the veggies looked fresh.

They aren't training anyone there on how to do anything basic like heat up meatballs I ended up having to go to a different subway because I didn't want food poisoning. They were dead and out of everything the lettuce was so brown so left for my and my family's safety will not go back to this location.

Not a great experience here today. Ordered online through this store and my drinks were forgotten, no big deal. I called to get help and get the drinks refunded and nobody could help me. Asked when the manager would be there so I could get help and they said the manager doesn't really work in the store and nobody else knows how to refund. Food was alright, but there should be someone in the store who knows how to help costumers if there's issues

The lady working on 4th of July rocked it being by herself. A customer in front of me was having a bad day and wanted to complain about his sandwich to her. She’s by herself doing all she can. It’s the holidays, be nice and appreciate you’re not working.

Made the mistake of going to the store on Elizabeth/Campus West on 6/26. Never again. I've been to Subways from here to New York and this was the most pathetic excuse for a ham sandwich ever. The bread was awful, nowhere near a footling. This store needs to regroup and try again.
