I went on in after work around 9 pm and grabbed the new Bacon King combo. What I received was a dried out, smashed bun burger with no real amount of bacon at all. The bacon itself was dried pieces broken up. It was the furthest thing from delicious bacon. It was gross. I actually just removed the burnt bacon, eating only half and throwing it away having to make an sandwich and then end my night. It was basically a waste of $13. I'm very upset about this. I can't believe the picture I'm sharing is what they gave me as my meal. I'm wholly disappointed. Burger King, you guys either don't care anymore or need new management. Sad thing is I liked your burgers till now.

The reason why this gets a positive is because the gentleman at the register was really trying to make everything work I think he was the only person in the store. My orange juice was off and obviously the service was slow though very fast for just one person.

The doors gad grease on them, the katchup dispecer had old dried up katchup in spicket also EVERY TABLE WAS FILTHY!!! Disgusting! Will never go here again! Chairs had crumbs...was so dirty! Yuck! We were the only customers in there! Many employees NO EXCUSES!!!! Health department where are you?

We waited in line 15mins with only one car in front of us. We were then missing a fry and they didnt give us our drinks. When we finnaly got him to get our drink he filled a large barely half way. Costomer service skill were next to none.

Always bad but this was special. As I ordered a man that looked like he had been up for days, nothing new. But he had on no shirt, screaming, with a gun! No employee said a thing or called the police.

System down. Can't accept cards. Wrong order. App won't work. You name it, it's happened.

Can't remember I had a real hard time using the app. The deals would not load up. The first time user special wouldn't load. Ended up ordering at the counter and not getting any reward points. The other restaurant apps are so much smoother.

I think there was only one person working here that's why there's three stars, instead of two because he was working so hard. My orange juice was bad and I did not receive my receipt to get my free Whopper upon review.
