Five Guys

Five Guys has always been overpriced for what you actually get as far as the burgers go. Fries are decent and they give you a lot. I didn't feel like a bun this time and ordered a little cheeseburger (1 patty) in a bowl with grilled onions and grilled green peppers. It was sloppy, "toppings" put underneath the burger.. The grilled onions were dry and cold as if they grilled them maybe 5 hours prior and the grilled green peppers were just barely grilled at all. Super disappointing when spending $7.50+ on a single meat patty. We ultimately went there because my husband asked if we could go, he was happy with his food but my experience wasn't the best. I did not bring up to the employees because we were just stopping for some quick food between errands. It's just sad how it was presented. My husband apologized to me and said he'd have them remake it but I just ate it and continued on.

I'm new to Colorado, but have tried many different Five Guys locations over the years. This location just seems to miss the mark every time. While the staff is great, the food is not. Every time, my burger is soggy, and the bun is completely smashed. The Cajun fries used to be my favorite, but also at this location they are soft and not good. For the price I'm very disappointed.

It was 5 minutes past opening time, I walked in, and politely waiting by the register to order, and the employees were sitting at a table eating the companies food completely ignoring me. The only attention I got was "oh sorry bro were not open yet". I looked down at my watch absolutely confused. The employees were still using their own restaurant as their hang out spot. I walked out, verified the opening time on the door, and sure enough, I'd been waiting well past opening time, and that was my experience. I thought it was Five Guys AND Fries... not Five Guys EATING Fries. What the heck?

Been going to 5 guys for a few years, but first time at this location. Ordered my food for pick up, and showed up to grab it and had to wait well they made my fries and shake. Apparently that’s their normal practice for “fresher food” but seems kind of self defeating for a fast pick up. So I sat and waited, and watched about 4 people come in, order food, and walk about with no mask on. I guess this was more annoying because there is a sign on the front entry door saying they are required... doesn’t seem logical to hang a sign your not going to enforce. The burger and shake were good as always, a bit pricy but good. The store was clean and organized like everyone I have ever been in, and the employees were attentive and nice.
