Most of the menu screens were out. The fries were way overcooked. The free water jug was filthy. And the bathrooms were just awful. The only things they had going for them was the courtesy of their staff & the timelines of their service.

Burger King was very clear and the employees greeted me before taking my order. My order was freshly made instead of sitting under a hot lamp. The lines were short and getting your order was fast.

The manager was very kind. Wish I had noted her name. She gave my girls some crowns, even though we didn't order kids meals. I also like how they now have ketchup bottles you can take to your table. Less waste.

I had a good experience here the food was fresh and fast. I just went through the drive-through but it was no time at all I made my order in have my food. The staff they are seem to be friendly even though they were a younger crowd but still had a lot of respect for the customers.

New manager is very friendly to customers and staff . Nice change from the past two managers that ran the place . They always made us wait and only to get cold food and the store was always dirty . Nice to finally come to Burger King on South college and it's not a meth head in charge of other meth heads . Food is finally got and fresh and the drive thru is actually not blocked off and I don't get parked after ordering . Nice change I will be coming back

The guy taking my order with the 2 little braids on his head was AMAZING! I was there with my 1 year old so my hands were full, he brought us our food and offered to get us ketchup. Great service!

I didn't get the sandwich I ordered and the hash browns are stale. I've called several times and got no answer even though they were not busy. Called corporate and they were less than helpful. Said that they would pass on my number so they could correct the issue...never called. I won't be back and suggest others avoid this location as well. They are terrible.

The worst drive thru I have been thru in a very long time. Sat at the order box for 25 minutes with noone communicating with me, I had to call in order to get my food ordered, they took my order and still haven't taken the cars that are behind me. And I sat I the drive thru for a total of 39 minutier sandwich and a small fry
