9/30/2023: i went and ordered the new kind of spicy wings combo !! DELICIOUS!! You should keep them KFC! Customer service was the best I’ve had in a long time on fort Carson! Customer service was excellent! The manager was amazing!
This restaurant is by far the best in the nation hands down. I work in the food industry and I will not eat any other kfc because they are so nasty but this store is so clean. Lisa suggested I try the new hot wings and I was not disappointed. They were really good as she described. I recommend trying the new hot wings if you’re a wing lover. Thanks Lisa for a great experience.
Ive been waiting along time for KFC to bring back their hot wings. Finally they did sadly its promotional. KFC hot wings are awesome. I did a comparison to Hooters hot wings. I ordered wings (bonein & breaded) with 3 mile sauce on the side. Hooters plain bonein and breaded dont compare or even come close to the KFC wings. Hooters bonein and breaded were by far less breaded and crispy. No flavor. The only thing is the sauce that makes the wing. However, KFC wings are breaded and crispy with the spicey flavor. I personally love the KFC wings. I get an order 2-3 times weekly. Please keep the wings on the menu.

UPDATE: 6/21/23 I haven't been in here in a very long time based on my previous review over 2 years ago. Went yesterday after their interior renovation and apparently they renovated the staff too. I had a massive order and they didn't even bat an eye. Super polite and helpful and got me over 50 pieces of chicken, 12 sides, and biscuits with plates, drinks, sauces the works, way faster than I expected and they even offered to help me carry it to the car. And this was during the lunch rush. A complete turn around from my previous experience. Great experience.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:Went here with over an hour and a half before closing and they were "out of chicken on the bone." Out of chicken at Kentucky Fried CHICKEN!
Food is good, if you want something fresh like fries they make it or they are already fresh almost all the time. Chicken is delicious as always and the new double down sandwich is hella good. Service is good, friendly employees in dine in and drive through is super fast if you need to buy and go!10/10

The staff is friendly. I was lucky to be the counter person's first customer on the register as she was being trained. The place was empty, so it made it a fun experience. Food was standard KFC, nothing extraordinary.
Not only is this place one of my customers that I service but I also eat there so I get to see the back end. The kitchen and it is spotless they do a very good job here.
