Dunkin'

Another example of why I look outside of Fort Atkinson for fast food options. Food is always disappointing. The last 3 times I have come here for coffee it has been gross. I am done getting coffee at this location. Breakfast sandwichs are ok. I do like their munchkins but the last two times I ordered they had these awful ones with what tasted like cornmeal. So I didn't appreciate getting mostly these in my mixed munchkins. Will go across the street to the gas station to get coffee. At least it will be made right.

I’m going to be honest I always have a rough time at this specific Dunkin’ because they are relatively slow at completing orders INCLUDING mobile, but I’ve worked in the coffee industry so I never really cared about that. Today though I rolled up to the window and the guy at the window said “did you spell your name wrong?” And I replied “no I didn’t, that’s how you spell it J-A-E-D haha” and he looked at my drink for a few seconds with a disgusted look on his face and said “ok weird” and then handed me the coffee... I have never felt so uncomfortable when getting fast food in my life. Why would you say something like that about someone’s name... so insensitive.

I usually come here on Fridays when I visit my dad in Jefferson. THIS IS HANDS DOWN MY FAVORITE LOCATION TO GO TO! Even when they're understaffed and busy they're still quick and the employees are willing to help you and give your items in accuracy. Not only are they always friendly to myself but my son as well. I love coming to this location.

The place was super clean, staff was so friendly and welcoming. It was busy so we decided to go inside and order. Manager on duty was even training someone in the drive thru, but she knew how to run a store. Staff all working hard and getting out order quickly and timely. Our order was made correctly, everything tasted great! Still had a good selection of donuts left when we stopped in and as well. Bagels were toasted perfectly and cream cheese right on them. My latte drink was delicious. Atmosphere was just amazing! I will definitely be making this store a must stop each week. Great customer service and just run really well. I was so pleased with how clean and how smoothly everything went.

Went Sat. Morning. Lines were long. Floors were messy but other than that it looked pretty clean. Staff members were very busy and kept the line moving. Standard selection of coffee drinks. I Tried a sample of the BROWN SUGAR COLD BREW and was not impressed as it taste bitter and did not taste any brown sugar. Dining area was typical decor for a D.D. franchised coffee shop. Does offer drive thru service if you can get the help out of the window.

A friend and I went into the store today, around 2 o'clock and there was only one person working, but she was amazing! It was very busy in the drive-thru line and there was one person ahead of us in store. The worker was able to take our order and she was keeping conversation with us as well, even though she was very busy and had other things she had to do. I really appreciated her work, and we both gave her a decent tip.
