Paid for a shrimp meal and cheese curds and a salad and two drinks. First time they sent somebody out they gave us the shrimp meal and cheese curds and drinks. The second person they sent out asked us if we got the salad. Then the third time the first person and the manager came out. We were told that the order was already delivered. When it wasn’t delivered to us. We were told we would have to pay for another salad at a reduced price. When we literally already paid for it!

Waited in drive thru for our food for 20 minutes. Got home only to find out they screwed our order up. Our "large" mashed potatoes were in a LARGE container, but only 1/3 full. My "crispy" chicken sandwich was not crispy. It was hard as a rock AND a spicy chicken sandwich. The kids meal wasn't even in a kids bag. Never going to this location again. Pathetic.

My husband just had the most rude encounter at Culver's in Fort Atkinson! He ordered a salad and Kora ordered a meal and when they came to the car to deliver their order that they had paid for and waited for they had forgotten his salad. So the runner went back in to the store and minutes later they sent someone else out and said; oh you didn't get your salad? Then the manager of the store came out and said that they best they could do would be to make another salad and give it to my husband at a discount??? But he didn't get what he paid for in the first place?? Why would he want to pay for another salad? We will NEVER eat there again! I hope that others will follow suit! Very poor customer service!

Don't call your order in to pickup otherwise you get stuck in a long line. My port tenderloin was like rubber and my fries were limp and cold. 2nd time I did this. Now I call and go in to get my food. Roast beef is delicious

Lord have mercy, Ordered 2 meals and got to the window. Gave a $10 bill and my debit card for the rest. The kid had no idea how to process the payment 🤦🏼♀️ Three people were trying to cash this out! After almost 8 minutes of sitting there I asked for my money and card back. That is ridiculous. So after another 2 minutes they gave me my money and card back. 10 minutes at the window just to get no food! This is ridiculous!!!

Went in and ordered a single deluxe burger basket and a free concrete mixer with a coupon. Kid immediately gave me wrong amount and took my $20. I told him that was the wrong amount and had to wait for a manager. She did the same but Gould correct it. Price seemed high but was just frustrated st this point. Got receipt and see I had to pay for bacon deluxe single which I would never order because I don't eat bacon. Sooo disappointed in Ft Atkinson location st this point.

I have to admit, wife and I ordered a mushroom and Swiss cheese burgers it had maybe 2 mushrooms on it and hamburger was about as small as the mushrooms. Really the buns was huge next to the hamburgers. They were as thin as tissue. Very disappointing in Culver's. I think this is cutting cost way too much. This is disrespect to your customers and business. Make me wonder if I want to visit Culver's again.

The drive thru is slow as hell (understandably - everything is made to order) but it's so so worth it.
There's a reason why the dining room is always packed. I'm from the South West and can honestly say that Culver's is better than In-N-Out and Whataburger.
