Had the Bacon and Double Steak burger! Was really good and food was fresh! Staff was really friendly at the drive through!

Very disappointed horrible service, I had to order at the counter and get my food at the counter the manager and another employee couldn't ring me up on register it took a third employee to help the food was not on real plates like normal but in a plastic basket the diet coke was flat and tasteless and the straw was made of paper yuk it tastes weird. They had enough employees working to provide great service but failed miserable. I will not be back.

I have always loved going to Steak and Shake, but it is no longer on my list. I just can't get use to ordering on a machine and not having anyone waiting on us. It just became another fast food restaurant. Seriously bummed.
