So disappointed to see a franchise that started the whole concept of consistency of cleanliness, quality & taste across restaurants to have fallen so short. The number system tied to the kiosk was available for orders to be brought to customers at their table. But, the counter personnel just yelled out orders, not numbers, for customers to come back to the counter to pick up. There was construction material clustered in 1/3rd of the dining area. None of the tables had been bussed. French fries were under tables. The toilet paper holder in women's restroom was in pieces on the floor along with toilet paper. I've seen cleaner restrooms in gas stations. So sad!

The cashier was attentive and patient as we ordered. The store appeared clean and neat. The only reason I gave 4/5--I originally wanted an icee, and the machine didn't have a necessary piece. Not the fault of anyone there that day, I'm sure-- probably another item "out for delivery. "

Traveling halfway across the country and stopped at McDonald’s which is my go to road trip fast food chain. They were really busy and did a good job getting the food out quickly but the bun that they gave me On my double quarter pounder was old and stale. The bottom bun was almost solid, and if I wasn’t starving and hadn’t already jump back on the highway for the rest of my 12 hour trip, I would’ve went back inside. You can’t tell me that you can’t feel how hard the bun was when you made the sandwich. Additionally, the location of other store tells me that they are always busy so there’s really no reason why they should have stale bread if anyone, literally anyone, is paying even a little bit of attention.

The absolute worst McDonald's ever! After waiting 30 minutes for a curbside order, the lobby locked, I pulled through the drive through to get my order. The big macs actually had 1 burger, not 2. Both of them! Meanwhile people in street clothes are hanging out and laughing with the (supposed) employees inside while cars are backed up in line.

This morning my boss and I did a mobile order. He is in a wheelchair and so we did curbside pickup. The app tells me to go to the counter for my order there was an issue. The very sweet young lady at the counter called for "Ms. Angela"about 6 times to come help me and she never did. I had to leave without my order after waiting 20 minutes for 2 mocha frappe and a egg McMuffin that we never got.

Would have given a zero if I could. By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They were out of almost everything. No sodas, no smoothies, no McFlurries, etc. They had apple juice. I got that for my daughter only to find that it was expired. Come to find out, their entire supply that they had on hand had expired. Stay away from this place!

Despite sign saying lobby open for dine in and people in the lobby the lobby was locked (yes the main and only door I saw and it was after 8am) and I had to be let in. The employees couldn’t care less about us and ignored us in the lobby. My kiosk did not print a receipt or tell me my order number and the lady that called my order was not happy I didn’t know the number because she didn’t know what was in the order. Food was fine, the hashbrown tasted like it was fried in old oil. Do yourself a favor and go to the next exit or the brand new starbucks off this exit.
