This place gets a very well deserved 5 star rating.
The Staff:
Staff were all polite and accommodating. Nobody begrudgingly doing their job, all quite chipper.
The Ambiance:
This place looks great! You can see that A LOT of effort went in to making this place look rustic and good. All the tables are hand made, the displays are all industrial(ish) wood and metal carts for the products on the floor.
The Food:
Both my wife and I were VERY impressed by the quality and taste of the food. It was really good. The coffee is quite tasty too, though I like stronger coffee, so I asked for a shot of espresso in line.
Side Note:
Much of their food is organic, and all of their cutlery, plates and cups are compostable. You know that the owners care about the environment and that’s something that I support. I know that stuff isn’t inexpensive and I very much appreciate that they put the extra effort in.

I like this place. We were just passing through and decided to check this place out as the pictures were quite enticing, and we were not disappointed.
It is a store, a bakery, a coffee shop and they serve breakfast and lunch. The owner told us they also just got their beer and wine license and that wine is very soon to come. She is also working to bring dinner hours and catering to the table.
The store is very beautifully put together like an old country store and bakery but with contemporary upgrades. It is decorated in an industrial farmhouse style and is fun and comfortable. They also have wi-fi. They use compostable flatware and plates, which I think is awesome, especially in a small town cafe.
The staff are really friendly and helpful and they make AMAZING food. The price is medium priced, about $10/per person without drinks.
Now for the FOOD!! There are loads of options here. They have organic, non-corn syrup choices and one or two gluten free bakery treats available to take away. From pies to quiche to breads and biscottis, they’ve got you covered. I was surprised at the large and somewhat unique selections.
The coffee is super yummy. Like really yummy. I had a one pump mocha 16oz, and it was heavenly. Not too sweet but with an extra something to set it apart.
We were here for breakfast (a Thursday at 7:30am-10:30am). I got the Wholesome 3. It is organic eggs (which I got scrambled with provolone cheese), choice of meat I chose “bacon” which they actually do smoked pork slices here, and grits. The eggs were seasoned well and not over or under cooked and the smoked pork was delicious. But the grits, so good!! I’ve had grits in several places being born and raised in the south, but I’ve only ever mildly enjoyed them, especially plain. But these grits are hands down the best I’ve ever tasted, even served plain. They were seasoned well and not too dry or runny. They tasted perfect too.
I would definitely stop here again and suggest this place to others.

Driving through Forsyth and decided to stop in. I like the look and feel of this place. Sort of an upscale sandwich shop with an old country twist. Everyone was super friendly too. Very much a nice local place. I had the chicken salad sandwich with a side salad. The chicken salad was ok. There was some herb in it I’m not particularly fond of, fennel perhaps, but just guessing. It came on a nicely toasted piece of what seemed to be in house baked bread. Loved the bread. The salad was nice and fresh too. Of course, all part of the upscale feel, you aren’t going to leave stuffed full. But will be satisfied. Hopefully I can make it back to enjoy other options.

Awesome hidden gem! Had the French Toast w/ Scrambled Eggs and Smoked Sausage. My wife had the Biscuits and Gravy with two Fried Eggs, Canadian Bacon, and Grits. All were fantastic, the French Toast exceptional! Definitely worth the 40 min drive.

Cute establishment. I had the caprese sandwich, which was delectable; however $8 for a couple slices of tomatoes, a few pieces of spinach and a slice of mozzarella on slightly over toasted bread is slightly high priced. I’m am willing to give this eatery another try in the future, as their baked goods looked appealing and seemed reasonably priced.

Fantastic little place. Great menu with fast and friendly service. Everything I've tried has been delicious. Quaint and cozy decor with a historic flare. You can also get pretty good coffee and espresso drinks. Overall, definitely worth a try.

This is a great small town downtown place to visit. They really have a cozy atmosphere. It is work friendly with wall outlets and places to eat while working on the laptop or tablet. The barista is great at pairing up with the counter top sweet breads and cookies they have on display. The sandwich and salad options are great for heathy eating and also for vegetarian and vegan diets. The store is full of agricultural nostalgia and they have a great grain and herb selection if your needing fresh and clean items for your recipes. It was an unplanned visit that turn out to be a mark on the map making downtown Forsythe a place to visit while traveling I-75

Bluetick offers a variety of farm to table meals and dishes by supporting local farmers. They also pride themselves on organic ingredients. They have vegan options and a plethora of teas and coffees. We have been to Bluetick on several occasions and each time I enjoy it more. Each meal I've had, has been delicious and the desserts are incredible. I leave with a new dessert item each visit. Nothing disappoints. On top of the wonderful menu options and atmosphere, the service couldn't be better. They genuinely seem happy to be there...everyone. They are knowledgeable about all food / beverage choices and really go the extra mile to be sure your visit is a good one.
