Two problems. The workers children have taken over the seating area and were out of control, Something else that bothered me was the filthy front of a freezer in the eat in area.

Called to place an order for pick up, the young lady was very courteous. Was told 10-15 minutes. Went 25 minutes later and it wasn’t ready yet which wasn’t a big deal as I only waited 3 minutes after that for it to be ready. The restaurant is clean and welcoming and is definitely family run as the kids are there which is nice to see.
The food was good but the chicken wings had were bland and needed some simple seasoning before frying.
The disappointing part was the vegetable egg foo young. It had a funny texture and had some things in it that I couldn’t decipher. All 3 of my family members had the same complaint so it was a bummer.
I would try them again and taste some different things.

I like all their food. It’s hard to find a good Chinese place that cooks good. Especially in Barnegat Twp not one good place to eat so when I’m in Forked River I just Oder from here and take home with me.
