This restaurant is very extraordinary in the fact that you can get dishes here that you would only be able to get overseas the staff is very friendly and though it takes a while to cook everything from order I have no problem sitting and waiting the young ladies who take care of you a very very nice please understand that large groups of people come in to eat at this establishment so you must be patient but it is well worth the wait and if you are someone who travels a lot overseas eating a lot of unorthodoc dishes this is definitely the place for you

Great family-owned restaurant! Whenever I’m in the area, I always eat here. There’s plenty of room for social distancing, and the staff thoroughly sanitizes the restaurant. Food is always delicious, and the portions are generous. The broth is always a really nice hot/warm temperature throughout the meal. I know of other restaurants whose broth cools off very quickly, but that’s not the case here.
I’m already looking forward to coming back. Please support your local businesses!

The food is good but the ambiance is not so good.

Authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Service is a bit slow but everything is made to order & delicious. It's like a wonderful home cooked meal. The Vietnamese Ice Coffee is spot on.

I came on Sunday at dinnertime, and my experience was pretty consistent with what you see in a lot of other reviews: very family owned, maybe not cleaned as rigorously as a more popular/"professional" restaurant, fairly slow service (with the rest of the English-speaking family helping out on Sunday, if you're shy about having to point at the menu and smile), but not unfriendly.
We were trying to eat relatively light, so for two people we got the spring rolls, egg rolls, and the Gỏi tôm ngó sen nấm tuyết - Lotus snow mushroom salad with shrimp (and pork as it turns out). The spring roll was fresh and well put together, the egg roll was crispy and hot and fresh (if you've never had a Vietnamese eggroll, it's best with lots of lettuce and herbs - try asking for some extra!)
And the lotus fungus salad. It was so full of flavor, and filling but not heavy, and juicy even, and it was just a pleasure to eat from start to finish. I might go back for just that.
There seemed to be a fair amount of takeout business, so that might be the way to go. Order from the airport and pick it up on the way home.
Edit:
I went back and this time we got the Egg roll (again), Vịt Nấu Chao (Duck noodle soup with Curbean sauce) and the dry Hủ Tiu Khô (White noodle with shrimp, pork, fish ball, and beef ball). The Hủ Tiu Khô was pretty solid and well prepared, definitely no complaints there. The egg rolls weren't quite as good as last time (a little less pork?) but still excellent and well fried.
The Vịt Nấu Chao? Oh my god. It's like a nice, deeply savory miso ramen, but BETTER than most. Instead of the straight-up richness that you get with a lot of ramens (I'm looking at you most American tonkotsus), it has a nice savory funk in the broth, which is supplemented by the dipping sauce they give you. The duck is tender without being mealy, and even despite its stewed texture holds onto its flavor distinct from the broth from a good strong marinade.
Upgrading this rating because it's THAT good, and honestly a little bit because of rating inflation in google. I gotta advocate for my favorites.

Ordered #27 Vermicelli with BBQ pork and shrimp. The noodles were dry and the pork was tasteless and fatty. The shrimp was chewy and tasted terrible. It was so bad I took maybe 3 bites and couldn't eat the rest.

The main reason why I am giving it three stars because of the five it deserves is the staff. Like the food is excellent. It's delicious. It's fresh. It's hot. It's just wonderful. It's just great food. We came and the waitress spent all of her time on her phone texting people. She even went to the door to greet her friends. I thought that was very unprofessional. Customers came in after us and they were served before we were. The food was the only reason why I came back but my fiance said we won't be coming back. I'm very upset that the staff's performance outweighed the food. It's a wonder place. The service is just terrible.

Read the reviews and saw that this place has a problem with being understaffed and being too busy but when I came in after 10:00pm and there was only one table and the waiter quickly brought us water and our menus. The pho was amazing and authentic and honestly some of the best pho I’ve had. I also had some egg rolls and they were made FRESHHHHHH! They were super crunchy and good.
I can see this place has a lot of flaws so if you’re looking for a 5 star experience while dining in you probably won’t get it if you come during lunch or dinner unfortunately (hopefully they can change that.)but you could call to place your order ahead of time or order to dine out. I really hope the appearance of the place doesn’t discourage you and you give this place a try. I’ll def be back!
