I just left from there and was so happy with how quick I was tended to in the drive way! My card wasn’t going through for some reason and Savannah decided to give my order to me out of the kindness of her heart for free! Definitely going back later to tip her and pay it forward! We need more people like her out here in the world and I will forever come to this Starbucks because of the hospitality and generosity I’ve received! GREAT JOB SAVANNAH!!!!

Hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Every time I go, the drive through takes forever, they’re always out of stuff, my order is ALWAYS wrong, and they are super rude. Make the drive to the Starbucks in University Park. It is miles and miles better.

I love their Komodo Dragon coffee and they are always kind and courteuos when I ask them to grind my coffe fresh for me and has it ready when I get to the window. Gotta love'em!

Arguably the worst Starbucks in the metroplex. Don’t waste your time here. The drinks are always made wrong, the wait times are crazy, and the staff is never pleasant.

Hate that they give me drinks only half full :/ Haven’t drank any yet. It just seems rude to pay like $7 -$10 each drink and getting a half empty cups in return.

They remade 4 different orders after they were sitting on the counter for 15 minutes while they made a traveler's box. I am getting coffee for workers that are outside for 11 hours a day so I greatly appreciate it. All that to say... the order of operations here should be common sense. Make the box first so drinks aren't sitting on the counter getting cold. Common sense is a thing of the past these days. Of course the second batch doesn't come with stoppers because they are mad so the drinks end up all over my leather jacket as I'm driving back.

Literally said they open at 5 been sitting in the line since 5 it’s now 5:15 am and they walked outside and seen me and still did not move the cones attempted to call in they stood around watched the phone ring. I then had to get out and move the cones myself
