Absolutely horrible customer service! If I could rate them zero stars I would. I was told by two different employees that they would not make a special request pizza. And one of them was a manager. Then on top of the trash customer service the taste of the pizza was subpar at best. I asked who the general manager was and they only knew his first name. I won't be back, but y'all need to do better.

Usually good, must be new team or management or something it's been 8 minutes with not one pizza on the buffet line
Also none of the pizzas were cut through. Never been disappointed like this at Cicis before.

Extremely limited amount of pizza on the line at any given time. We were there at a few minutes before noon and left around 12:30 and they never once filled the buffet line. Never put any of their famous chocolate brownies out, either. All the pizzas had thick, doughy, soft crust that was barely cooked through.

I am at the Cici's on Forest Hill Drive in Forest Hill, TX because I drive an employee to work, then I return later to take him back home. I sit in front of the store and wait for him to come out.
Now, I have eaten there before. It is clean and stress free. You enter, pay for an all you can eat meal with drinks. The pasta, pizzas and salads are placed on a buffet.
The food is good, the atmosphere is friendly and there is a game room.
By the way did I say you can go back to buffet as many times as you want.

Food is tasty. Quality is consistent and what you expect.
Only issue I have is that even when I call in my order or place it online I still always end up waiting 20+ minutes once I arrive for them to make my order.

Out of the 8 spots for pizza they had a total of 3 pizzas out the entire 45-60 minutes i was there. 1-buffalo 2-pepperoni 1- pepperoni w/Jalapeno 1-cheesy bread. Again there was never more than 3 at any given moment not that i need 8 different kinds but like most the time the employees just stood around goofing off instead off making new pizza to replace the old stale ones

The girl that took my order was new so I understand but my order got messed up. When I came in to ask if it was done the kid making the pizzas was rude and acted like I bothered him by asking.

I have been to this Cici's Pizza multiple times and it is really good the best part is that you can choose what to eat for your plate and when you sit at the window you can see the cars pass by and Cici's Pizza is like a Pizza Buffet and related to Chuck E Cheese, but a little cheaper.
