We stopped going to Subway almost a year ago when we started going to Phil's Subs. These guys always deliver the best every time we go there. Everything is excellent and they are not afraid to give their customers a great value with ingredients.
We spent alot of money at Subway until we noticed the quality started going down. Finally in my frustration I contacted the corporate office to bring this to their attention and got a less than professional response from the owner discounting my claim. Every time we purchase from Phil's I'm reminded of their quality standards they have and not so much that we got at Subway.

Great staff and great food! A solid branch of the subway franchise. The location is a bit annoying since its basically in the parking lot of a hotel, and the traffic can be a bit annoying, but besides that, I have no complaints! I will say though, it's a much better experience to go inside (I do not reccomend the drive through)

Food and service was good, but how can a dine in place have no working restrooms?! Isn’t there a law against that? Also they were out of straws.
To the owner, I saw your response you posted. My main concern was the bathroom. If you are “allowing” people to use the restroom, you should really talk to the 2-3 employees you have working last night about that. They refused to let me use, even though the whole time we were there, nobody used it. And only like 2-4 people came in after us and they were all to go orders.

Ordered 3 subs online. Get there to see 3 workers on duty with 1 customer and my order not even started with the printout order just sitting on the counter. Needless to say not impressed with the online order process follow through. The employees were nice enough but I wish they took their job a little more seriously. I know it’s a minimum wage job.. what was I expecting?

I keep getting drawn in when I get the coupons for a $3.49 six inch that looks fat and full in the pictures but what I get is a fairly flat and sad sandwich.
