Dunkin'

Absolutely terrible. The food that is. We ordered two of the SAME coffee, they taste nothing alike. They don’t even taste how they are supposed to. One of the coffee cups has a piece of hair at the bottom of it on the INSIDE! It also appears the coffee ground is at the bottom with the hair. The food was cold, hash browns were stale. Ordered three orders of hash browns and asked for ketchup and they only had one ketchup packet left. It’s 10 in the morning… of course I wasn’t given a receipt either. Trash absolutely TRASH!

I came threw not even an hour ago and had asked for a large peach refresher with less ice. The lady taking my order had told me if I got less ice that my drink would not be filled all the way then. Did not give me the option to pay extra or anything either which I would not mind doing. Not to mention I’ve been coming here for at least a year or two straight but and have never been told that before. I also work in fast food and we aren’t allowed to do this either. I could understand if it was no ice then yea cool that’s fine but I had only asked for a little less ice and was given attitude for this. Some people also do have sensitive teeth and would like a little less ice so it’s not cold. Ive never had a problem with my request before so I don’t understand why theirs a problem now.

Went to Dunkin to get a Iced Peppermint Mocha Coffee. The girl who took my drive thru order was confused on what I wanted but did confirm what I wanted. When I got to the window she told me the drink was on Dunkin and told me to have a good day. Not sure if they screwed up the drink at first but it was a sweet gesture. I've always had great experiences here.

There's a guy there that always has the best upbeat positive vibe, attitude when ya walk up to the counter. He's quick, friendly, makes an excellent iced coffee. Seems to have me memorized after two visits. Others here are quite friendly as well. The location much closer to me definitely could learn from this one! If I know I'm going this one's direction for work, I'll wait till I'm that way and go there (45 min away) compared to the one 5 min away.

I found the destination cup that I have been searching at multiple Dunkins in Wisconsin for. They were so nice to let me buy only the cup out of the gift set. They have the cleanest bathrooms. We always swing by to get our morning coffees and hot chocolate. They work fast and were so nice to fill up my thermos with hot water because my Large hot tea only filled half of my hydroflask.
