These employees are so dumb I don't know how they can breathe and chew gum at same time. Orders are always wrong. They always leave requests out. I'm done and I will never return. They will never fix the problem and dont care about your complaints. They deserve to lose their business as I hope they now do. I could see a mistake here and there but everytime???

So usually I actually really enjoy KFC, but after tonight I will likely not be coming to this establishment again. I went through the drive thru at 5:45. Asking for a 5$ fill up meal and 2 popcorn chicken meals. They then explained that mac n cheese was a 20 minute wait and that they ran out of pepsi so I canceled one of the popcorn chicken meals and then proceeded to wait about 30 minutes. Finally my friend calls and asks whats going on, only for them to tell us that the order was ready 30 minutes ago. Its the employee not caring enough to figure out which car food goes to and giving my order to someone else. Now I have to wait longer for my food that I should’ve had a half hour ago. Unorganized b.s

Worst place ever. Everyone standing around with a line of customers. 6 of them left. We should of done the same thing but we didn't. When the staff finally decided to help she was rude so I was rude back telling her we shouldn't have to wait be helped and she ended up walking away from us in mid order. Than the manager came over finished with our order and I went to pay he walks away and cash register opens up and nobody's around. I guess free money.

Placed a order for 2 original chicken fillet sandwiches the girl at the window said they were out of fillets and if we would like chicken strips on our sandwiches instead, we said yes that would be fine. Got home with our food and they literally only put one chicken tender on our sandwiches!! This is absolutely unacceptable to make you pay 8.00 for 2 chicken strips and bread . I’ve been trying to call and no one answered the phone for over a day . We will be going to Popeyes from now on
