Not sure who thought it was a great idea to put cheese on half the hamburger and leave the other half of the cheese hang off. Also fries without salt equals no flavor and epic fail. Guessing the salt came off when the fries were obviously dropped a second time in the fryer. Worst fries ever. Kind of sloppy there McDonald's considering it was 12:00 noon, I'm guessing you're busiest hour of the day and you're putting out inferior quality food. Naturally there was no receipt so I couldn't do the online survey you still highly value. Repeat business? I think not.

The line moved quickly. The order and money takers were very nice, and the order was taken accurately. Had we received the receipt we asked for, we would have given 5 stars because we received everything we asked for in our order, and it was hot and fresh. Wonderful employees!

Had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant today at about 5 19: p.m. Central standard Time. The restaurant look like a ghost town with all the lights off in the lobby completely black. I figured the lobby was closed and that was disappointing. Since all McDonald's have free refills and generally they give you a clean cup between refills I wanted to make sure I got a large cup of coffee. Obviously, I found out, he manager doesn't understand the McDonald's mantra of, give them the pickle. Which simply means a reasonable request should be honored whether someone wants extra onions and extra pickle or extra lemon something that's reasonable. Since she refused to honor my request, which I'll explain, it shows rigidity, lack of flexibility, and letter of the law behavior on the manager's part. I always believe in giving people a chance to make things right but the manager refused to accommodate my request. Since I'm qualified to get the senior coffee which is cheaper and comes with free refills, I asked for a senior coffee but to put it in a larger cup and fill it to the top since I couldn't stay or come into the lobby to get unlimited refills. During covid generally most McDonald's will give you clean cups each time for covid so the more refills one drinks the more cups and covers are wasted. In a way I was doing them a favor by only using one cup and thought it would be a real simple request to get a larger cup filled up to the top for the senior price. It wasn't my fault that their lobby was closed and it wasn't necessarily their fault. But the fact of the matter is the lobby was closed and I wanted to come in and drink coffee and get something to eat. What happened with their unwillingness to accommodate my request was that I left dissatisfied and decided not to buy food to eat and I'm writing this complaint. I definitely would never go to this restaurant again.

My order was taken in a profeasional manner. Although through the intercom system i had to repeat my order several times, the employee didn't strike me as agitated. The employee remained polite which in turn helped me to keep my cool. Paying for and receiving my meals were also hassle-free. Had to pull forward for about 2 or 3 minutes. To my delight my order was correct! I patronize this McDonald's whenever i chooose to go to McDonald's

Ordered food for dine in,sat down and my food never came. Had to reorder and got it to go.

I basically go here for the play area. Had to bring food back up because the put mini fries in the mighty kid's meal which should be a small frie.
