I have had problems in the past but it seems they have been worked out. Of the last three times visiting over the last two months, service has gotten better every time. Last visit on may 24th 2022 was the best. Big order, and I could tell they were short staffed (as all fast food is). It took about 20 minutes to get food, but the order was perfect. Food was hot and nothing missed, and drinks were right! Best thing was it was served with a smile from someone who was working hard! Look forward to going back now.

I am disabled so getting my equipment out so I can go in to eat takes time.
I spent that time only to find out At the Door the inside was not open
A couple of signs on the big windows would have been nice. Never coming back to this one!

Waited in the drive thru line for 30 min and at the window for 5 min. No one even came to the window to take my money so I left. I understand you might be short staffed. But when I’m at the window waiting to pay and I see a staff member just messing around on their phone. Come on you have a job to do people.

Been here several times the service is so SLOW I could drive to Ripon & back & maybe it will be done. My roast beef tasted old almost rotten tasting.

Most times I come here the food is hot and delicious. Through no fault of their own their is an employee shortage and sometimes the food takes a bit longer to make so make sure you have enough time. Patience is a virtue. I tend to order the Monster Burger meal and have not been let down on quality yet.

21Nov2021. Got the Really Big Hardee burger combo with a soda and fry. Had onion added to burger. It had special classic sauce lettuce cheese and onions. It tasted great ordered it right at 11 so burgers were fresh. Moving review up to 5 stars for this visit. Wish google would let you do separate reviews because restaurants have bad days.

Got the double burger thinking it was the classic what a disappointment. They discontinued the classic. All I could taste was mustard.

Drove from Waupun to Fond du lac to have breakfast on a Saturday morning. Told before we could even order “Just to let you know we are out of biscuits “ … It was 10 in the morning. Very disappointed
