Wendy's

I gave a two cause the foods good but at night you get what the Wendys crew give you Not what you order. If you visit this location PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE PULLING OFF.They move fast. When I called the Manager She asked to fix My order, but I don’t like close by but when IM driving past I like to Stop for a quick bite. But nomore

Horrible couple of experiences. Especially the second time. This location constantly takes forever with their food. I literally had to wait 20 minutes just to get two 4 for 4's. Like seriously? I also had to wait an additional 10+ minutes just to get my order in. They don't understand that you can take more than one order at a time. Especially the guy in the orange hoodie who took forever to put in my order, and was extremely rude. The food was pretty exceptional, but the Wendy's on Stewart Ave is far better in every aspect. Screw this Wendy's.

I ordered two plain baked potatoes and a Son of Baconator. After being asked to move up and away from the window, it took more than five minutes and three customers came and went - and I had to leave my car to ask why the delay. Once I got my food with an apology saying it was the potatoes holding up my order, I drove maybe 5 minutes and the Baconator was luke warm at best. I am typing this comment because this is not the first time I have received luke warm or almost cold food. I do not know what can be done to correct this but it needs to be attended to.

Just because you work night shift isn’t an excuse to be lazy . Everybody starts somewhere my first job as a teen was Wendy’s . But I would NEVER serve stale or cold food that I wouldn’t eat myself . My intelligence was very much insulted as you think I don’t know you dipped hard fries back in grease to heat them because I asked for fresh hot fries. But this is expected at most poor management fast food restaurants.

average wait and average freshenss meaning id probably look for a different Wendy's next time. I love the Wendy's the most and all I care about is if its fresh and hot or your usual cold and obviously has sat for way past the allowed time and has been recoded a few times kinda like how wawa is with their infamous hotdogs. a prime example of substantial business and a loyal customer gone for good. best 1/4 lb and 1l2 lb big bacon ive ever come across. I mean from the bun to the flavor of the meat. exactly if I was to make it. that lasted about 6 mos b4 it became apparent the times were being changed to extend their time and with that the quality changed dramatically from color size and yes a different oder. yes I have gone off topic for Wendy's but not by much. MY POINT WITH THE COMPARISONS OF THE TWO COMPANY'S AND THE TWO DIFFERENT FRESH MADE TO ORDER PRODUCT'S? IF THE FOODS I JUST WROTE A SMALL BOOK ON ABOUT ARE BEING FUGED AS FAR AS THE TIMES TO THROW AWAY AND MAKE NEW OR FRIES AS BEING SOLD DARK HARD AND EXTREMELY DRY, STOP ASAP, AS IN YESTERDAY, ITS OBVIOUS, WE ARE STARTING TO SERIOUSLY COMEING LESS FREQUENTLY AND EVEN WITH CONSTANT COMMENTS TO EMPLOYEES ON THE SPOT, NOTHING IS BEING CORRECTED. SO I SPEAK FOR NOT JJST MYSELF BJT A MAJORITY OF YOUR SOON TO NOT BE CUSTOMERS. KEEP THE FOOD FRESH. ITS REALLY RIDICULOUS TO EVEN WRITE BECAUSE HOW SIMPLE THAT STATEMENT IS.
