Taco Bell

Terrible location!! Waited in the drive thru line for more than 40min with 10+ other cars. Got to the window and I hear her tell them what we ordered so they can just now start making the food! You can’t go inside to order either. If I knew it was going to take this long, I would’ve gone somewhere else. Complete joke.

Receipt was correct but I ordered 2 items without cheese and when I drove away to go back to work there was cheese on both items. Being lactose intolerant I was not able to eat lunch today and I tried calling several times and it rings a couple times and then sounds like a fax machine ring. Bad taco bell location.

So, tonight I went through the drive through after a very long and hard few days. I decided I wasn't going to bother cooking and just go there for a change. I guess that was a huge mistake again! I don't usually go to this one because I've had a bad experience prior. I guess since the night workers at 9:30 p.m. don't have accountability around, it's okay to screw over people just passing through. A 5 Layer Burrito was a 2 layer burrito and a Nacho Bell Grande was made with stale chips.... Not even a fork, napkin or a thank you (at the speaker or at the window). Nothing! Great job, SMH! That's just awful, especially since it isn't very inexpensive either. Shameful! I guess they like to live up to the often sterotypical negative comments regarding fast food. I will be calling a manager tomorrow, since their phone number went to a fax number via the listing on here. Just a bunch of nonsensicals all the way around.

We’ve been to quite a few Taco Bell’s over the years. The one closest to where we live is awful. I was very pleasantly surprised here today with super friendly staff and very prompt service!! Taco Bell is Taco Bell, but the staff makes all The difference. My experience was just the drive thru, but they got my order right and were very courteous. Son always gets things that have to be modified because he’s super picky and they nailed it! Thank you!!

I was surprised by the other reviews so I decided to review. My food was great, better than the last three taco bell locations I've been to. The beef was flavorful, lettuce seemed fresh, and the wraps were toasted enough they didn't taste like eating wet flour (I don't know how people can stomach eating flour tortillas without toasting them, I really don't). The service was good. I ordered ahead and food was still warm about 20 minutes later. There was a slight mixup when i walked to the counter to pick up (registers were down so someone warned me I needed to use the kiosk to order) but when I clarified I was there for pickup, the worker verified my name before handing out my food and was polite and calm for the entire transaction. Overall a positive experience.
