Pizza Hut

#👆 They gave us a hand tossed pizza and we paid $2 extra to have a pan style crust pizza. #✌ they forgot to put the buttery garlic on the crust. When I called back and let the manager know he said that he was going to send a guy to my house with a stick of butter. #✌👍 I brought the food back and he only wanted to give me half credit. And no refund back on my card & it was $43.00 btw total. And no refund!! 🔥💥 So Crazy so i called the corporate office. They said they will get my money back on my card and the next day or two. We'll see if they do what they say. Until then stay away from the Pizza Hut on 1300 East Bidwell.

Commercials online were offering a large meat lovers for $10. Website even displayed the same thing. When I placed the order online, they called me back to tell me they wouldn't honor the order unless I paid an additional $2. Apparently, they are a "franchise" and the website/commercials are wrong. Awesome customer service over $2 and a mistake that sounds like it's your problem, not mine.

If you are expecting a gourmet pie, go somewhere else, but if you are expecting great pizza at a great price come to Pizza Hut. I too am happy that they have finally arrived in Folsom. For much of my childhood, I ate at Pizza Hut with my family whenever there was a big game and pizza. I think if you go in expecting to have something unimaginably great, you'd be disappointed, but for a nationwide brand, Pizza Hut delivers. The staff at this Pizza Hut have been courteous and professional. If it was a toss up between Domino's, Round Table, or Mouontain Mike's I would choose Pizza Hut because I really like the way it tastes.

We live 3.4 miles away and they will not deliver. Their range is 2.5 miles. News alert... if you want to stay in business, you will need to deliver farther then most of us in Folsom walk. 5-mile radius is the average. If they continue this rediculous delivery range, I give this place one year. FYI- if they can't drive a few miles to deliver a pizza then we will never drive there to get one.
