Its our first time to eat here. It’s pretty hard to mess up an order when you’re there watching them. Positives of this location: clean, fast, flavors. I love it.

Man these online orders are the worst, got both orders completely wrong one order has rice when requested no rice and the other was a salad and literally has no lettuce besides two or three random pieces. Ordered chicken for both but somehow one is some kind of pork.

When you have the choice between this Chipotle and the one on Bidwell please, just please, always choose Bidwell. These guys are notorious for skimping on every ingredient. In fact today, they decided not to include one of my ingredients at all! Additionally, the rice was a bit crispy, and i'm not quite sure if that's how the recie texture is supposed to be. Just please go to the one on Bidwell, I have learned this lesson the hard way.

Food was good. Workers and service 👎🏽👎🏽 the entire attitude from the staff felt like “how lazy can i be when taking your order and making your food. Here’s 3 pieces of chicken”

Can't get simple orders right. We ordered:

White rice ✔️
No beans placed on our order as kid won't eat them. Guess the kid is supposed to eat tortillas stuffed with rice? We wait for it to be delivered and it's all wrong. Ugh

Workers are nice, the serving size honestly depends on the worker. Food is great as always. I got chicken burrito bowl with tortilla on the side. I asked for extra lettuce because my helping of lettuce was very minimal. I love Chipotle always and forever!

I've ordered pickup at this location many times. Unfortunately, the quality is sometimes below my expectations. About half the time the rice isnt right. Usually it's clumped up into hard balls that you have to eat around. Sometimes the guacamole is made from unripe avocados, making it bitter and full of chunks of tough avocado. A few times they added WAY too much sour cream, making my burrito bowl more akin to sour cream rice soup. I won't be taking my chances again. Good luck!
