El Pollo Loco

Visiting the Folsom El Pollo loco today. The wait time was a bit long but they were working on a catering order. The manager that helped us was very nice well at least I thought he was the manager he seemed like he had things under control:) I had the new shredded beef quesadilla WOW so tasty!!! I truly hope that I can count on El Pollo loco to keep this on their menu 🤩👍 if you do I will be back I do like your chicken, but it can be a little dry: (that's what a good sauce is for...

After they opened at folsom location we had an horrible experience with in-store ordered togo order with burn chicken that had burnt bones tossed in with the burnt inedible chicken. I must say they have striven to improve on that experience! This is the second drive through experience that well exceeded our expectations. Thank you again. If I could leave no stars I would. The manager was incompetent and had no people skills. They had a new hire who was trying his best and the manager could not bother with helping him. They forgot to put in our order, can I add that we were one of the only customers there at the moment. After finally getting our order it was wrong. We reordered and it was wrong again. They could not understand a simple chicken salad, first we got taqitos, then a fried tostada salad. We ended up just keeping the tostada salad as half of our group was already almost finished eating. Bad service and bad attitude from the manager.

They have the best churros and if you wanna go to heaven you have to try a half horchata half tropical tea blend, one of the best drinks on the planet. The chicken is always cooked to perfection! I love the cooks, I wish I could tell them how amazing their food is. And the service is wonderful, I have had the pleasure to meet Andrew, Russell, and Spike at the drive through and they provide excellent service. Would come here again.
