Jamba Juice

I gave 3 stars for the other employees but as for SHELBY i think that is her name based on the receipt i was given. She is working at 10:15 along with 2 other ladies, she has on a black sweatshirt at the moment if this helps to identify her. So i bring in my tumbler for the 20% off and then i had a $3 reward. She argued with me that i cannot use both. So I showed her PROOF of previous receipts from this exact location one being dated 2/28/22 that had both discounts applied. As do every other visit over the years. She continued to argue her point! Not once did she deliver proper customer service. Now its been multiple times the staff did not apply my tumbler discount and the young lady went above and beyond to make it right. Another time the guy pretended to fix it but did not do anything. But this time this employee decided to flat out ARGUE about the situation. Smh i understand the shortage of staff and I give tips and patience being a current regular to this location. But I refuse to have to deal with this young lady ever again. Let me add the waffle they gave me was ROCK SOLID HARD!

This "product chain" shortage is making things hard on everyone. But substituting ingredients in a place that is built on its ingredients is ridiculous... smells and tastes suffer. Then there's the inability to fulfill an order properly.. unless there is a market for cold waffles, sandwiches and pretzels. Employees are fine.. but your business won't run right if they don't have the tools to make it thrive.

Convenient Location, rarely busy, Staff unexcited I love Jamba Juice. It's hard to down-rate any store, but the staff here is rarely upbeat. They do say "Welcome In" as is customary in every store, but with the enthusiasm of indentured servitude. I visit this location because it en route between home and work. I like it because it's rarely busy. I can get in and out in < 5 mins. But I've come to expect that it will a begrudging experience so I never say more than my order. My commentary on this store is a stark contrast to my regular store, near my home in Roseville. The employees of the other store are always cheerful and helpful and conversational. Wish I knew what I could do if anything to help change the attitude of the employees at Blue Ravine Jamba.
