Denny's

What a poorly run location. Generally I am a creature of habit and go to specific restaurants for specific meals. Chains in particular should have consistent service & good. Not this location. I was looking forward to breakfast but my visit starting poorly from the start. The waitress immediately informed me it would be at least twenty minutes before I would be served and when I ordered my breakfast, they were out of sausage. How does a that happen. Additionally there was no greeting at the door. Just a curt inquiry on number of people dining with me. It seemed like this location was grossly understaffed. It did take about 25 minutes for my food to arrive. While I was waiting there were at least 4 tables complaining about how long there food was taking with one table cancelling her order and leaving. Also, a couple waiting to be seated at the door left without dining because nobody came up to seat them. Keep in mind, the restaurant was only 20% full at best. The restaurant itself look relatively new and appeared clean. That’s about all the good I can say about this location. I’m a fan of breakfast at Denny’s. But, I won’t be back to this location.

I went to Dennys with my wife and a friend for a late Dinner because of Holiday Shopping. We walked in to find the cook cashing out customer and then he seated us. He explained it's only two employee working tonight. Well fast forward we all put in our orders and after a lengthy wait our friend started to fill sick and we decided to take our food to go. Well I finally get home and go to eat my Pot Roast Melt and it felt empty. So I opened up the sandwich and literally found only 3 PIECES OF SMALL POT ROAST MEAT and mushrooms with onions. I understand bad customer service. It's late, people call out sick, but to rip the customer off? Really 3 small pieces of meat? Never again.

Whoever is running this place either needs to be replaced or I happened upon the one night that everything went sideways. Arrived around 6:30pm. Placed our order around 6:45pm. Took 45 mins for our food to arrive. The dad and his 4 kids who arrived before us was still waiting for food when we left. Our pancakes were made wrong so they had to redo them. They were made wrong again. We didn't get the eggs we ordered and it had taken so long to get our food, we didn't even notice until we got home. I don't know what went wrong, but I don't see myself returning. The single person who helped us, the hostess, was pleasant and seemed to be trying her best to help everyone as best she could. She should leave that place and find a better place to work.

Just got into town from a couple of long flights, so was really tired and hungry. Chose Denny's as you know what to expect.We were seated immediately which you would expect at 1am but our order was dealt with quickly and the food was out in no time. Food was good, the waiter was excellent. I know what to expect at Denny's but my expectations were happily exceeded.
