The staff appears to not enjoy their job, almost as though they are being forced to work there. This is based off of several visits in 2021. I have had one positive experience in 2022, which is nice. In the past, employees have been so unpleasant that I have had them argue with me over a missing item from my order, that was on my receipt, and I hadn't even left the window yet.
The food is fine, and is usually correct...you just have to deal with unpleasant temperaments and should check your order and receipt.

Ordered a big bacon classic combo.
Got home and no bacon.
They are very under staffed and they took a very long time.

I've come here to get my food. It's always close during rush hour, and I see a few ppl drive to the drive-thru to see no one inside on the weekends 3times already, and today it made me even madder because I was on my lunch break, and I placed my order online for pick up and had to turn around and cancel it.

Twice in a row now, this location has been closed over an hour before their posted hours. If they're short staffed and unable to remain open, they need to update their hours to reflect this.

We waited over 25 min in drive thru line. No coffee, sprite was missing syrup, no straws!! Just close if this is the service we will receive!!!!

It's Wendy's. I literally cannot remember the last time i had it. It did satisfy my craving for chili fries. Spicy chicken sandwiches were decent.
