Omgoodness the cleanest restaurant that I've been to!!!! I'm literally going to go out my way to come to this spot just because of how much care goes into the food guest service and cleanliness!!! Hard to find places like this anymore!! #unicorn #foodie🦄🌯❤️👍🤗

Nuby’s is Mexican and Salvadoran. It has a sparse interior, but the food is delicious! I come here for the cheese and jalapeño pupusa... if you haven’t had them you’re missing out on one of life’s great joys. Enjoy them with a light beer:)

Nuby's serves delicious food with exceptional flavor. I normally add a lot of salsa to my burritos, but the steak burrito that I had was so tasty that I ended up just enjoying it as it was. It wasn't particularly spicy, it just had a really good, strong flavor that didn't need any enhancement. That said, the spicy salsa was also very good, and I thoroughly enjoyed it on the chips.

Got my food to go. Great zucchini and cheese pupusa with chopped tomato inside. The curtido has a nice tang & came in a zipper plastic bag-no dripping juices. Would definitely recommend this place!

Solid papusa spot in a quiet location. I never thought I would be able to get papusas in Folsom, much less a delicious papusa place. I got the 6 papusas deal and pastelitos it was worth it for sure. I recommend getting the pork and cheese, and the loroco and cheese. One of the best papusas I've had in a while. The service here is also great too in case you were wondering. Eventually l get around to taking pictures of the food, I ate it too quick to remember to take pictures.

Their street tacos are my favorite in Folsom. One day, I was stuck at the DMV for hours. I disco ered Newbies, ordered my tacos, and loved them so much I went back after my appointment was done.
Also, the Papusas are great and the beer is cold.

Wow. I came here on a friend’s recommendation while I happened to be passing through Folsom while running errands. I now wish I lived much closer and am already planning when I can next come back. Had some of their Pupusas. They are made fresh and out of this world. It was like I was eating Mom’s home cooking. I hadn’t had pupusas that good since I was a kid I think. Will happily return any time I am near.

Great little joint. This was my first time having pupusas so I have no idea how they should taste, but I do know these are pretty delicious and really reasonably priced.
