Very disappointing. I had recommended this sushi place when I had friends from out of state visit. We decided to order there and take it home to eat. The wait time was extremely long to get our order, but that would have been OK if the food was good. The sushi was not fresh at all and it made me worry that we might get sick from eating it-it tasted so old.

I do not recommend this place. My friend ordered a chicken roll, started eating it, then realized that it was practically raw. We told the employee and then he didn't charge us for the dish. She got slightly sick from it. I enjoyed my tofu dish, and miso soup, but just don't order chicken from them. Here is a picture of the chicken.

I have found the freshest, most delicious sushi ever. Everything is beautifully prepared. The atmosphere is nice and Dakota is a fabulous sushi chef. I live that they almost always have wild caught salmon on the menu.

Flavor packed in every bite of sushi 🍣. A decent variety of options are available. I can't overstate how tasty their rolls are. I favored the scallops based rolls.
Try the gyoza...they're crunchy pockets of "goodness."

Tempura was hot and light/crunchy, rolls (that we ordered) were simple and delicious, and the service was quick even though it seems they are a little short staffed. Nothing to complain about and we left full and happy without spending too much.

We always shop at Winco and always drove by here, so we thought we would check it out. This probably be our only visit. Staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The first sushi place I have been too that didn't serve or didn't know what a sake bomb was. Had to order everything separate and basically tell them how it was served. It is our tradition to order a sake bomb every time we go out for sushi. My roll was very tasty. It did fall apart very easily. Needs a tighter roll. It was a little pricey as well.

Absolutely amazing. Price is steep but worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

My experience..
The inside felt cluttered with random stuff, decor was a mismosh of ideas.
Looking at the windows all the blinds were heavily warped from the heat.
The outside was nice and clean.
The customer service was ok, a 12-14yr old girl helped me place my order.
The rolls were excellent and proportions were 8 for each roll, but for the 2 rolls and 1 can soda for $33 seemed a little high but then again your in Folsom so guess to be expected.

I ordered 1 Caterpillar roll and 1 Dragon roll w/ No Wasabi or Ginger and Spicy Mayo over top.
Overall nice place but definitely could use some upgrades but I'm sure since COVID that hasn't made it possible.. I'm guessing the wife was making that clear because she looked like she was doing all the paperwork in the dining area while I was there..
