The ladies were kind we didn't realize it was close to closing time and was just talking my Aunt and I but they didn't mind they store was clean and happy with our meals

It was hot in that subway.. they need to fix the fan ASAP.. I went there some lady fired her in employee. Just because she didn't want to wear her mask I don't blame her it was 96 degrees in that store... That mess up though....

Gloves don't get changed enough, to many things touched, sandwiches are good, a little pricey , employees are usually not real friendly and rushing through things because there staff consist of 1 usually. Things could be a little cleaner. On a scale of 1-10 I would give the whole experience a 5 1\2.

I got a tuna sub today, not toasted. My bread was VERY dry and tasted stale, and my tuna was dry and crusty. Not to mention the lady who rang me out, did not even attempt to make eye contact with me at all, even when taking my payment for my order. Unfortunatly not the first time I've had bad service from here, but I felt everyone deserves a second chance.. There for sure will not be a 3rd! Never had any trouble with any of the other subways around.

Slow service. Lady was coughing on my subs. Asked for extra cheese, didn't get it but was charged. She cut my first sub that had ranch, then didn't clean the knife before slicing my plain meatball sub. My sub had ranch all over it, which I am allergic to. Bread was stale, meatballs burnt. Took upwards of 10 minutes to get 2 subs being the only person in the store.

I love subway. But the subs I had at the Lancaster subway. Were the best subway subs ever. They were toasted perfectly.
