Just trying to get a happy meal for our boy. Haven't been in a while because of the last experience. I placed order at the kiosk but you had to pay at register. Stood there for 15 minutes just trying to pay. Figured there was at least 30 minutes of food wait time. So I left before I got to pay. Everybody tries not to look at you so good luck getting help.

This location used to be a fairly well rounded restaurant considering food quality,service & pricing.A few weeks ago I placed a mobile order in which included a apple pie which was unavailable. I was told that if I waited 12-15 minutes that they could have one ready.I declined and just asked for cash back or credit item cost back to my debit card.They refused and I was told that I could only process refund thru the app.Well,There is NO OPTION on the McDonald's app to request a refund.The shift manager spoke incorrectly and was just shining me on to get rid of me.Just be aware that this store policy is to never refund a patron,They may offer to supplement but that's it.So I just lost $1.79 + tax.The latest franchise owner has increased menu item prices to be the highest in South Baldwin county either because he can and because OWA is in his backyard.It is akin to scalping after a Hurricane but on a daily basis here.Just avoid this location and visit another location that has a standardized menu pricing comparable to both corporate run & other franchises.

Literally the rudest lady ever. I ordered my breakfast payed exact change to make it easy on the first window cashier (white lady) Drive to the second window, This lady was an older black lady. I tell her that I payed, she says I didn’t, calls the first lady, she says that I payed, the second lady hands me a bag of someone else's food, I hand it back, and she literally ripped the bag how hard she took it out my hands. She was very rude, even though I literally did nothing to her to deserve that… I eat here just about everyday before work, and I am not coming here anymore, until she is no longer employed or is disciplined on how to talk to people that did nothing to them. I work with people who are actually rude on a daily basis, and I STILL treat them with respect. I even offered to drive forward to let them take care of the cars behind me. It’s literally the one black lady who is the problem. She was being disrespectful to the rest of her coworkers as well as me. This isn’t even the first time i’ve seen her be rude to people…How is someone like this still employed? I cannot be the only one with a distaste for this rudeness when i just want a coffee and food before a 12 hour shift. Please discipline her, or fire her.

Food is never fresh and hot like it once was. Kiosk is cheaply made and does not review properly. It takes too long to use. Most people become frustrated and leave or want someone to wait on them at the counter plus it does not let you know when things are out of stock such as the sprite fountain drinks. No receipt print out... The people behind the counter cooking or prepping orders are friendly but appear over work. Too busy working the drive thru.. Orders tend to be incorrect too either drive thru or walk in.

Stopped in on our way home from the beach. Sat in the drive through line for 20mins then went inside to order. The manager TIFFANY was screaming at the top of her lungs at customers and employees but wasn’t helping. The guy taking my order was unable to take my order correctly after i repeated several times to him. Waiting 40mins for food and coffee. While i was waiting the manager was screaming “stop taking orders” so all the people in the lobby and drive thru became sitting ducks since they couldn't order

If I could put negative 5 I would. My food was not only cold but wrong. My frys were ice cold and the chicken not only cold but taste like I was yesterday's chicken. I tried ordering inside but after 45 min and no one giving me my order I went through the drive thru and got cold, gross , wrong food.

Charged a different price than shown on the menu board, when I tried to question the lady at the check out she played stupid ( I guess she was just playing) and couldn't give me a answer. Then she said, "we're more expensive than other McDonald's because we're right next to OWA . Last visit to this dump.
